Change has always been a natural part of my life – both professionally and personally. I’ve spent over 20 years in the IT industry – as a developer, project manager, and managing director of my own company. Over the years, I’ve learned that while technological innovation can create the framework for progress, real transformation happens in the minds and hearts of people.
Digitalization isn’t just a technical upgrade – it’s a process of change that shapes company culture, collaboration, and how we think.

My passion for people and their growth led me to train as a systemic coach – the beginning of a journey that continues with further trainings and qualifications, all aimed at bringing even more value to my clients. My approach is solution-focused, hands-on, and always tailored to the people I work with and the challenges they face.

Another key part of my work is improvisation.
